1. These Terms Are a Contract Between You and Us

These Terms of Use form a binding contract between you and Curve Publishing Inc. By accessing or using the G-255 Products you agree to them. We may amend these Terms with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for your account and password and will not share your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. Notices may be given electronically.

I have read and understand Section 1 (The Contract).

2. License Grant and Restrictions

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the G-255 Products for your own professional and business decision-making as an individual subscriber — conditioned on not redistributing, reselling, republishing, or sharing any Premium Product. You may share freely available (non-Premium) content. You may not use any Product to train AI tools. Premium reports are watermarked to you and traceable; access is view-in-browser, per authorized seat, and may not be shared. The G-255 model and methodology are confidential trade secrets of Curve Publishing.

3. Usage Rules

Products may change; some rely on third-party platforms (Substack, Bloomberg, LinkedIn, Apple, Android). The Products are for informational purposes only — they indicate what the model reflects and are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice or a recommendation. Do not introduce malware or scrape the site. The site may display third-party advertisements and sponsored content, which are not endorsements or investment advice by Curve Publishing.

4. Paid Transactions

Subscriptions renew automatically; we notify you before any rate change and you may cancel. Cancellation stops future billing; there is no prorated refund, but access continues through the end of the paid term. Individually purchased reports are digital content and are non-refundable once accessed. A free trial may be offered; billing begins when the trial ends unless canceled. Prices and applicable taxes may be adjusted.

5. Promotions and Free Trials

Promotions and free trials, where offered, may carry their own supplemental rules and eligibility requirements, and may be modified or withdrawn.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation on Liability

NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE: The G-255 Products indicate what the model reflects and are research and information only. Curve Publishing is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary, and nothing herein is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation. You are responsible for your own decisions. The Products are provided "AS IS." We are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or business interruption arising from your use of or reliance on the Products. Total liability is capped at the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months or US $1,000.

7. Submissions, User Generated Content, Comments & DMCA

You may post comments (no unlawful, offensive, or confidential/material non-public content); we may moderate or remove them and they are not endorsed by us. General feedback is non-confidential — but materials submitted privately for evaluation are handled as confidential to you. Questions submitted to the Q&A (including by email) may be used and answered publicly. Copyright complaints go to our designated DMCA agent at the address below.

8. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Most disputes are resolved by individual binding arbitration, not court, and you waive class or representative actions. Exceptions: small-claims matters and intellectual-property disputes. A 60-day informal resolution process applies first. Arbitration is administered by ADR Services (or NAM), seated in Pinellas County, FL. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by written notice.

9. Additional Provisions

These Terms are governed by Florida and U.S. federal law, with venue in the state and federal courts of Pinellas County, FL for matters not arbitrated. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Disclaimers, IP, and arbitration provisions survive termination. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
